1. Learn
Follow what makes you curious.
Read, watch, ask questions, and start to see how NTA looks at a business.
NTA Account Manager Opportunity
Remote • United States • Build your own market
You do not have to walk into a business knowing the answer. You need to walk in wanting to understand the problem.
New Tech Advertising is building a network of curious, people-oriented business builders who want to understand how a business actually works. You learn through the NTA website and resources, bring that learning into real business conversations, and come back better prepared for the next one.
This is not a generic remote sales job or a link-and-leave affiliate program. NTA provides the education, systems, knowledge, AI support, and Digital Growth Office structure. You bring curiosity, relationships, good judgment, and thoughtful follow-through.
Catch the vision first
The website is part of the learning system—not a test—and you do not need to understand everything at once. Read a few pages, watch a few videos, or follow a question that interests you. See how NTA helps a business owner understand the business before recommending tools or services.
We are not trying to convince everybody to join us. We want the right person to explore the work and think, “I get this. This is the kind of work I want to do.”
Start with the story

Find a subject that matters to you and see how NTA teaches rather than simply throws another service at a business owner.
Explore the libraryWhen something begins to make sense—or simply makes you more curious—come back with one thing that caught your attention, one question it made you ask, or one part of the work that felt natural to you. That is the right place to begin a real conversation.
How the learning works
NTA is a learning system built around real businesses. The website, videos, Knowledge Library, Your Digital Growth Guide™, and conversations with Rick give you a place to learn. Then you use what you are learning in a real conversation, bring back what you heard and noticed, and get better from there.
1. Learn
Read, watch, ask questions, and start to see how NTA looks at a business.
2. Try
Listen for what the owner is trying to do, what employees deal with, and where friction may exist.
3. Come back better
Rick and the NTA system help you think through what you heard before the next step.
You will not be handed a script and sent out to sell. You will learn to listen, notice, ask better questions, and help an owner understand what may be possible next.
Who we are looking for
They get curious about how a business actually works. They notice where people are doing the same work twice, where important knowledge lives in one person’s head, what customers keep asking, what tools are not being used fully, and what the owner is carrying alone.
The questions that begin discovery
A picture of the work
You may walk into an established business and see paperwork everywhere, information being entered into more than one system, software that can do more than the team realizes, employees carrying important knowledge in their heads, repeated customer questions, or an owner exhausted from carrying too much alone.
A traditional salesperson may immediately wonder what product to sell. The person NTA is looking for begins by wondering why the business works that way and what could make life better for the owner and team.
This is discovery, not diagnosis. You do not claim to have the answer or promise a solution. You begin by understanding the problem and bringing the right NTA support into the relationship.

Watch on YouTubeWhat this opportunity really is
This is not a traditional corporate sales job, and it is not a role where you have to become an expert in websites, AI, advertising, SEO, social media, video, or business systems.
Your role is to build trust throughout the organization—not only with the person in charge. In a business, nonprofit, church, or community organization, you get to know the people who understand how the work really happens and how the organization communicates with the people it serves.
“That’s a good question. Let’s look at it together.”
The NTA website is part of the learning and conversation system. It can do much of the explaining and teaching while you help the organization bring its people into the AI process. NTA helps people communicate better with customers, employees, members, supporters, congregations, communities—and now with technology itself.
A team-building role
The relationship can be with a business, nonprofit, church, or other organization—not only with one leader. With permission, you help people throughout the organization learn, contribute what they know, communicate more clearly, and make AI useful in everyday work.
With permission, get to know the staff, volunteers, team members, and leaders who understand how the work really happens and how people need to hear from the organization.
Help the owner teach the team practical ways AI can help with the work they already do. You are not expected to arrive with every answer.
Customer or member questions, procedures, stories, photos, voice notes, and lessons learned can become useful knowledge the whole organization can use.
Your starting point
This is a national opportunity. You can work remotely from anywhere in the United States, build in your own community, focus on an industry you understand, or begin with the business relationships you already have.
Start with a short conversation with Rick. If the vision feels right, try five real business conversations—no pitch required—and bring back what you learn. You and NTA decide the next step together.
The work
Simple, human work—supported by a connected system behind you.
Meet business owners, nonprofit leaders, church leaders, and other community organizations and start useful conversations.
With the owner’s permission, build relationships with the receptionist, office staff, managers, technicians, salespeople, and others who do the work.
Listen for what the owner and employees know, the questions customers ask, and where time or opportunity may be getting lost.
Ask good questions instead of rushing toward a product or pitch.
Help the owner teach the team to use AI in everyday work and contribute their knowledge.
Help the business find the right NTA resource, lesson, video, guide, or next conversation.
Use the NTA website and Knowledge Library as part of the conversation when a question comes up.
Keep thoughtful follow-up moving after a conversation begins.
Build your market in the community, industry, or professional network you know best.
Built to support you
You can keep learning as you go—and use the same resources with a business owner while a question is still fresh.
Learn from articles and lessons built around real questions from businesses and organizations.

See how the system worksYou do not need every answer in your head. You need the confidence to ask a useful question, listen carefully, and bring the right NTA resource into the conversation.
Behind the relationship
You are not being asked to deliver all of NTA by yourself.
A connected way to bring the right growth work together around a real business.
Articles, lessons, books, videos, and practical teaching that make complex subjects easier to discuss.
Resources that help a business owner explore a question and identify a useful next step.
The right NTA support can join the conversation when deeper knowledge or implementation is needed.
Send an owner to NTA and the educational system can keep the conversation moving between meetings.
Focus on what the business actually needs instead of forcing every conversation into the same package.
A straightforward conversation
This is performance-based work. The complete compensation arrangement is explained clearly before anyone makes a commitment.
When you help a new NTA client get started and NTA receives the setup fee, your agreed upfront commission is paid within two business days.
There is no salary, draw, or call quota. The goal is to build a book of active client relationships; residual compensation can continue under the written agreement while the clients you introduced remain active.
This is not an income guarantee. The complete arrangement, responsibilities, and agreement details are discussed privately before either side makes a commitment.
The right fit
Experience matters, but so do curiosity, judgment, and how you treat people.
You naturally talk with everyone in the business and treat the receptionist or gatekeeper as an important relationship—not an obstacle to get past.
You have relationships in a community, industry, or professional network and want to build them the right way.
You are comfortable starting a conversation and following up thoughtfully.
You learn by exploring, trying, reflecting, and coming back better—not by pretending to have every answer on day one.
You care more about helping a business owner make a good decision than pushing a product or chasing a quick commission.
You can represent NTA with good judgment, patience, and respect for the person across the table.
A longer view
The goal is to become a trusted connector in your community: someone who knows how to begin a useful conversation, understands when to bring in help, and stays interested in whether the business owner is moving forward.
That kind of work can build relationships that last longer than a single campaign or transaction—and a relationship-based residual income over time when active-client terms are part of the written agreement.
What Rick brings
“I have spent more than 40 years owning businesses, selling to businesses, working inside businesses, building relationships, adapting to technology, and learning from what worked and what did not. That is why NTA starts by helping an owner understand the business before trying to sell it anything.”
“My job is not to turn you into a copy of me. I want to help develop more business builders who bring their own experience, curiosity, personality, and judgment.”
“You will learn in real situations, bring back what you discover, and work through it with me and the NTA learning system before the next step.”
— Rick Hesse, New Tech Advertising
